15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 7/8" Depth

I have sash balances non tilting that are in the same size windows but some are labeled 28B USB and others are 28D USB I need to know which complete sash balancer I need to order

I ordered a S385-27 option:2620 and it should have been a 2820. My mistake. Is there an 27 in balance with a 2680 option?? If so what is the part number. Thanks for your help, Brian

Your 380 series 30" channel balance (stamped 2950) looks exactly like the part I need except when I measure my shoe it's only 7/8". The 15-005 shoe you list on the 380 series is 1". Do you have a 7/8" shoe version? Will a 1" shoe fit in my window? I see the 385 series is slightly larger so I wo ... (cont.)

The Series 380 appears to be best but with a different shoe. The shoe that seems to be a closer fit is #15-029 with a 7/8" deep NOT the #15-005. Do you have that channel spring that uses that shoe? Would need 2 pairs, one for a 13# sash, another for a 19# sash. Anything that can solve that prob ... (cont.)

So I know this is a 17" balance and I've found the s380-s385 that resemble it but my shoe depth is 7/8. If I get the s380 can I shave off 1/8 or do you offer a version with the 7/8 shoe?

Hi I have a window balance with a 2950 stamp. There's also a BSI 70 stamped in it. I have pictures. In the attached pictures, it shows the ends also needed on the balance. I'm trying to find a replacement for my window channel balance but I don't seem to find the right one. The old one I have has 0810 as the identifying number and it measures 9in only the metal part. I can't find any one that measures 9in long. The wait of the window is 6lbs.

Channel balance 3440 S380-35 2940 S380-30. Please check if the parts that I have ordered under order number 1382831 are same as those in the picture. I am not sure if the parts that are ordered are as per the specifics in the picture.

The channel is 1/2" and 23" long. The stamp says 2220. The shoe looks like your part number 15-029. it measures 7/8" deep. The top looks similar to part number 19-005. I need two of these if you can help me out. Thank you
