Looking to replace the window balances in three windows. My house was built in 1991 and the windows are Alcan? Windows. I need the balancers, top guides and glazing strips. The balancers are 30 inches in length with out the ends.

I need channel balances for 3 of my windows was using the website and did ok up until the feet on each side of the balance was hoping you guys could steer me in the right direction. I have a Caldwell channel balance marked 30 3 BN Caldwell. I don?t seem to be able to find a match on your site. Mind has 19-005 top. And 15-029 bottom. 31 in length. Wings are 15/16 in wide. Bottom shoe is 7/8 in depth Please advise. I would need 6.

2340 J stamped I think it is your part S380? Please confirm.

The Balance spring is from an Alcon window. It has a part number 2910. The metal channel is 1/2 inch wide by 30 inches long. Overall length with end pieces is 31 inches. Looks like you photo of S380 or S385. I need 6 of them for 3 widows with the end pieces installed.

I had ordered the 2950 version and used them on wider/heavier windows. Attempted to use these on 25 lbs windows and they keep moving past the window back to the stop clip. I am assuming the spring is just too strong for the lighter windows. However there is a slight groove in the frame that one side ... (cont.)

it looks like your 15-005. it is the bottom of my window balance sash.the only thing is that the measurement from the tip that look like teeth to the bottom is just under 1 inch.

I am trying to find this bottom plastic Channel balance guide. Do you know what part number it is? I have included photos showing the dimensions. It is 7/8" from wing to back. 1" across the wing and 9/16" across the bottom, below the wings. The Channel balance is a 2630.
