Hi there, I need to replace several window counterbalance parts and popout clips. The photos show one for a small window. If I can find replacements, I will order several more for different sizes. I just talked with Steve. I gave him some misinformation. The guide I need is on the window itself not the balance. The pics that I sent show the right side of window track ( no hole for clip), left side shows hole possibly for clip. Sorry about misleading info. Thx. Sam

Hello, The channel for the plastic piece measures 5/8". The balance measures 12-1/2" long (the metal section end to end) I need 4 balances and 4 plastic guides. Please give me the correct part #'s. Regards, Hal.

I need one that is 12 in Long and it seems to start at 13 in for my non tilt window the current one that I have I will send you a picture in the photos I am submitting you will see the channel balance you'll see the top end that is broken 1190 AG then bs1 One 16

Hello there, I need some help determining the correct window channel balances I need. Pictures are attached of the sash and sides. I have a window that the side spring doesn't stay in place and the sash is cracked on the lower pane. The tag inside reads Aama/nwwda 101/I.S. 2-97Vx 1H-LC30-48x84H-LC30-96x72(mull)I think if I could just get the window part with the side springs I could just replace that and not have to mess with t ... The metal part is 24 inches. The number stamp is 2340V. The windows are Millard.
