Hello! My name is Chuck Watson and I am need of (2) identical channel balance assemblies. And wanted to be certain to order the correct assembly. Photos of the Channel Balance included. I broke one of the balances on my window several years ago trying to remove the window sash to clean it. 19.5 long 1/2" wide. window is a 47" tall X 27" wide. Seems the bottom foot, is to wide to remove windows.

Need (4) balancers for our 1992 Empire Pacific aluminum windows. The window sash weighs 25 pounds, not including the weight of both balancers. I'm fixing 12 Milgard vertical sliders, 11 are 30"L x 34"W (18.2 lbs.) and 1 is 30"L x 22"W. The smaller window has 2630V stamped on the channel balance. I did not see a number on the channel balance for the larger sliders but the style is the same. I will look tonight on the balances on another win ... (cont.)

Of the four specific windows I'm working on now, three have sliding sashes that are 29.5" wide x 34.75" high and one is 29.5" x 31.75. The larger windows weigh about 18 lbs. Missing one of the channel balance stops at the top of the window. Pictures show the left side of the window with the stop in place. Recently ordered & received the following; (2) S385-33 : 33" Series 385 Channel Balance, which seem to be correct.

I just talked with Steve. I gave him some misinformation. The guide I need is on the window itself not the balance. The pics that I sent show the right side of window track ( no hole for clip), left side shows hole possibly for clip. Sorry about misleading info. Thx. Sam

Hello, The channel for the plastic piece measures 5/8". The balance measures 12-1/2" long (the metal section end to end) I need 4 balances and 4 plastic guides. Please give me the correct part #'s. Regards, Hal.
