Plastic parts at the end of the metal channel. the number 36c is stamped on the metal channel. I also need to purchase the metal pop rivets and rivet tool to install the plastic parts.The window brand is Weather Shield from Medford, Wisconsin.

I need four of these. They measure 1-1/8 x 6/8 on the top and are 2" long. Please provide part number

Channel marking: BSI 3440 Channel width: 1/2" Home built in 1996, most likely original windows

this part attatches to the window and connects to the balancer hardware

Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

I've uploaded two pics- one of the part of the window that is broken (the plastic part attached to the top of the window) and a pic of what it should look like. I was going to order the 5/8" Top Sash Guide. Do you think this is the right part?

Hello, While I was replacing the channel balances, I noticed problems with one of the windows. It appears the plastic part that locks with the channel balance is broken. I ordered 2 balance replacements on May 16,2024. I am having difficulty in attaching the balance replacement with the existing plastic takeout clip(see above photo for visual of the plastic takeout clip)as on the one end, it doesn't have a lip.
