Help Identifying Top Caps
The manufacturer of my single hung vinyl windows is not known. The sash seems to have a lot of lateral freedom for movement when raised. All of the windows have channel balances popping up. I suspect the manufacturer installed channel balances with wrong sized end caps. How does one determine dimens ... (cont.)

Channel Balance Help
I have Series 385 balances and the originals are marked with a 3130 stamp. When I installed your 3130, it began popping out of the window. I also checked and my window is 31-1/4" in height. Balancers for non tilt windows
Attached pics are of one broken balancer. The channel is 9/16" wide (nominal 1/2") x 5/8" deep x 22" long. Stamp on back reads "21 D". Have ten windows of different sizes that won't stay up. Window balance stop?
I'm looking for this part shown in the photos. I'm not sure of the official name, but it's a part that's mounted to the inside track of the window itself that the balance pushes against when raising the window up. Hello, I am looking for one of these parts for my certain teed windows from 2007, there a bout's. Apparently it never got installed at the manufacturer. This part keeps the channel balance from springing out of the sash channel. Thanks.

I need a replacement channel balance for a window. Broken one was evidently discarded during my renovation.Handyman who attempted to replace it was unable to get the one on the other window out to measure how ever took the picture. there is at #112 stamped on it. Channel Balance ID Help - Missing Balance
I've attached a photo below and it appears that the channel balances were torn out for some reason. The channel width is approx. 5/8" so I believe a 1/2" channel balance would fit, I'm just not sure of the length or the type of end fittings.
