Hi, We have casement windows with split arm operator surface mount "interlock world pats (sic) P1090 AY" with the right side swing out hardware that likely needs to be replaced. Do you have this part or anything compatible? Thank you in advance for your help. -Brooke

I have two bedroom windows with broken hardware. These are casement windows from Gorell. They are model #3007 with a demensions of 53 x 49.25. Is this enough to find replacement parts? I'm not sure I can take the window off for a better review. Thanks Phil

I purchased a replacement mechanism 39-147 and it is the correct replacement part. However, there is another arm that is separate from the crank mechanism but which connects from the frame to the window which you don't show on the page for the mechanism. Do you sell that?

I am trying to find replacement hardware for matching left and right casement windows. Please see images for measurements. The right casement hardware has a number stamped. I need a replacement for this truth casement arm. It seems to have a 5 digit code on it but I'm very unsure of the first 2 numbers. They might be 91, but they're quite rusty and hard to make out. The last 3 numbers appear to be 605

These windows are near the ocean in Hawaii. The hardware is rusted and in one location it's turn the plate under the crank into a powder. Any replacement hardware would need to be stainless. Need upper arm for casement window. Took following photos of arm from exact window in different location. We have the lower arm assembly for the window needing repaired; upper or top of pane is missing the arm. Window nearly falls out when pane is cranked open.
