Greetings, we have several casement windows as shown. The hinges have failed on one and need to be replaced. We also need screws as the old ones are badly rusted. We prefer stainless steel parts if available.

I would like to replace the top and bottom hinges for a heavy wood casement window sash. I think the compatible part that you carry is 36-048. I have two bedroom windows with broken hardware. These are casement windows from Gorell. They are model #3007 with a demensions of 53 x 49.25. Is this enough to find replacement parts? I'm not sure I can take the window off for a better review. Thanks Phil

I purchased a replacement mechanism 39-147 and it is the correct replacement part. However, there is another arm that is separate from the crank mechanism but which connects from the frame to the window which you don't show on the page for the mechanism. Do you sell that?

I need a replacement for this truth casement arm. It seems to have a 5 digit code on it but I'm very unsure of the first 2 numbers. They might be 91, but they're quite rusty and hard to make out. The last 3 numbers appear to be 605
