The window sits on this L-shaped mount which rides along a complimentary rail. Part of a casement window.

Your P# 36-004-10 shows a left & right configuration. I have a casement window similar to the one in your video with a hinge on the top & bottom . Will your 36-004-10 pair work with my window?

I tried to open my window a bit further so I popped the arms off. I didn't realize the top one was the only thing holding it up there, so it fell out. I think the only part I need is the one that screws into the window. I think it's not part of the operator.
