39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount

Window cranks currently only function through about 60% of window rotation. I have to pull the window the remaining 40%?not an optimal situation!

The crank mechanisms for Bonneville windows in our home have failed. We need replacements for them in order to use the windows. I have uploaded some pictures and have measurements for what we need. We could not figure out who makes our window or what we need to do to fix it. The crank opens the windows just fine but they won't close. A Swisco rep showed us the 39-253LB and the 39-253RB and we ordered them. The ones you suggested I order don't work. Attached are pics. The white one is ours ... (cont.)
