39-239B Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount

I'm trying to find the replacement for the crank and the arms for my truth window the item number AP-C40-61X37

The long arm is 11 inches and the short arm about 3 inches. IT still works, but it is broken where it attaches to the window frame. I am guessing it is a 39-239B, but want your opinion.

Not sure which part/mechanism would work with my windows. I think the gears on the mechanism have gone bad which have caused them to "click" and not function properly.

We have three awning windows in a rental of ours and the metal arms that scissor out when cranked have gotten rusty and broke. So we need new ones. Hello, I work at a school and we need to replace a few of these window cranks, they have either disappeared or broke over the years. The windows are Milgard, the product # on the window is D-X71645. Any help you could provide is appreciated!

Hi, i'm trying to find this window operator. I've found some that are close. But not the exact one. `The two outer screw holes have a center to center measurement of approx 4 3/16"

Do you have this Milgard casement and awning products or a comparable parts for replacement for my windows? I cannot open over half of my windows due to broken mechanisms. Thank you for your assistance.

I am looking to replace the scissor arm + crank mechanism for this window. Window measures 19.5in square, and frame/window cutout around it is 22.5in square.
