The long arm is 9 inches, the short straight arm is 4-1/2 inches. I see numbers: 31538a on the curved arm, 45179 on the crank assembly, 40754 on the short arm, a 5 digit number on the long arm which I cant quite make out, first digit is either a 3 or an 8, last digits are 1272. I need a left ha ... (cont.)

Hi there. I've been looking for replacement cranks for both left and right windows. The ones in store don't seem to line up well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.

The handle snapped off the drive shaft for opening mechanism on the right side window. The parts photographed are of the left side. So I will need the opposite of the left side drive mechanism.

We have a problem with closing the window. When closing the handle scrolls.

Morning, I am attempting to repair a number of casement mechanisms that are not working properly, however, I am unable to locate the correct replacement. I need both left and right hand. The only marking that I can find is the word "Truth"

I can no longer shut the window, when I turn the window crank there's a clicking sound, the window can't get close enough the shut/close with the latch. Do I need to replace the operator? If so, which one? Thank you for your help. Numbers I can find are 67813 and 31272.

The track on the window is L-shaped and it is 14 1/2 inches long and the arm on the crank itself is 19 1/2 inches wide tip to tip. The picture shown on the window is not the one I need. I need an opposite crank and track that opens left to right

Hi We need replacement cranks This one is completely stripped and window will not Close, I'm assuming this one is a left sided one ? We also should probably get a few extras. Some of them seem to be starting to go we have 3 that go this way 3 that go opposite way

Can I get this missing guide or do I need a new assembly?

I need casement hinges and cranks two that swing out right to the left and one that swings out left to the right. Then I need 2 accordion hinges that goes straight out for a casement bathroom window.
