hi i am hoping to find this parts to replace on this Millgard windows, owner says they where installed about 11 years ago. we need all of the hardware parts shown on the photo. lets try with one and if it works then we have a lot more windows to do. thank you Felipe

I pulled the arm off and the black slide guide is different, I wonder if I need a whole new arm or can I replace just the little black guide slide

Truth is stamped on the arm. Didn't want to remove until I know there is a possible match or after market replacement. Gary

I have two windows,one with right and one with left crank. They open fine, but they won't close all the way. So I'm thinking I need a new operator for each. I have two broken window cranks that I am trying to replace. The two windows look like the same brand even though they're different colors, however I can't find any identification at all.
