I am in need of replacement hardware for my casement window. Both the crank mechanism and the round toothed parts are worn. Please advise as to what part is available. The mechanism that houses the crank is approximately 5 inches wide.

Window cranks currently only function through about 60% of window rotation. I have to pull the window the remaining 40%?not an optimal situation!

Can you help from my photos? I have house built 2008 cannot identify window manufacturer. Have photo of good operator, the faulty operator has rusted through the arm and I am afraid to open it . If this isn't enough info, I will try to find an installer. Thanks
