I need this replacement. Left hand swing out installed on a Millard window.

I have two windows,one with right and one with left crank. They open fine, but they won't close all the way. So I'm thinking I need a new operator for each. However, before I order, I guess I need to remove the operators? I can't figure out how to take the base cover off, so I can take the operator ... (cont.)

I believe this comes from a Hurd window. Truth hardware with #14d500p stamped on it.

If you can find the truth hardware or something that will work in its stead that would be sweet, we also need the plastic facia façade cover not pictured,?. because I lost it?.
