The crank mechanisms for Bonneville windows in our home have failed. We need replacements for them in order to use the windows. I have uploaded some pictures and have measurements for what we need. I have Simonton Windows, installed 2010. The bathroom/shower window has rusted and broken at the stud mounted underneath the window. Not sure what the parts are called. The part that broke is attached to the lower track that hinges the window. Not sure what parts are needed. The window can still be opened and shut, but it wont shut properly.

The item that is circled is the part I am trying to identify. TRUTH is the manufacturer but I am unable to locate the correct hole pattern. I believe it is the "Maxim operators" series. Any help help is greatly appreciated. Best Regards Mike
