I'm looking for the opposite hand of the one pictured here to replace the broken crank on another window. I can't seem to find one that matches the measurements of this crank.

The item that is circled is the part I am trying to identify. TRUTH is the manufacturer but I am unable to locate the correct hole pattern. I believe it is the "Maxim operators" series. Any help help is greatly appreciated. Best Regards Mike
