The screw mechanism "retaining ring" (?) has popped out. Unable to screw it back in as the threads that held it in are stripped. Being from the South even tried JB Weld Epoxy & that did not hold either. No one around here seems to know what to do & they recommend replacing the whole window. ... (cont.)

Attached is a little plastic clamp that holds the track in place on the left and right. Windows were purchased around 2000. We can't find these and they crack and lose their rigidity. I have a Sentry electric window opener attached to a Truth awning hardware #45301. The worm screw gear is thrashed. It looks like the 39-348 with a measurement of 24" matches my existing hardware. Truth part. Awning arm, 11", Track 25 7/8" without tabs, 26 7/8" with screw tabs. Current pivots at end of arms removable. Need long track. Other photo is of the window sash seal that imbeds into bottom sash that abuts the sill. Please advise on replacement parts. Thank you.
