The crack in my window stopped working. The part looks like it's been stripped and it just won't grip. I can turn the crank but nothing happens. Looking for a replacement part.

I need to replace the whole mechanism, not just the crank handle. The house is almost 30 years old...any thoughts as to what I can purchase that would fit?

Hi, I believe I need 39–348 based on the attached photos and the width of 24 inches. Two of the screws lineup roughly 2 inches apart, but I can't see the other two screws because they may be hidden by the arms. Can you confirm that they are about 4 1/4 inches apart? Hello - I'm looking for some old Kolbe & Kolbe awning window parts. House was built in the early 90's. Need the guide bar track (1 @ 26 1/8" long and 1 @ 26 3/4" long) that screws to the bottom of the sash. Also need the brackets that slide in the guide bar track that clip to the arms. And... ... My hardware that needs replacing is Truth 40012 marked on both arms. The areas are 11 inches, the bar across the top is 27 inches and the handle base is 5 inch. What do you suggest? Thanks

I have this operator arm and unfortunately have no identifier on the operator that I can refer to. The rod end you see in picture fits in the cap that is screwed on. The cap fractured so the rod is no longer secured.
