Hello - I'm looking for some old Kolbe & Kolbe awning window parts. House was built in the early 90's. Need the guide bar track (1 @ 26 1/8" long and 1 @ 26 3/4" long) that screws to the bottom of the sash. Also need the brackets that slide in the guide bar track that clip to the arms. And... ... My hardware that needs replacing is Truth 40012 marked on both arms. The areas are 11 inches, the bar across the top is 27 inches and the handle base is 5 inch. What do you suggest? Thanks

Hello ~ I have a broken awning window for which I hope you can provide replacement parts. It is a WeatherShield 8204 Aluminum Clad Awning, installed in 2008. I have this operator arm and unfortunately have no identifier on the operator that I can refer to. The rod end you see in picture fits in the cap that is screwed on. The cap fractured so the rod is no longer secured.

The screw mechanism "retaining ring" (?) has popped out. Unable to screw it back in as the threads that held it in are stripped. Being from the South even tried JB Weld Epoxy & that did not hold either. No one around here seems to know what to do & they recommend replacing the whole window. ... (cont.)
