I have a broken glass sliding door handle and lock. How do I send you a picture of the one I have so you can replace it?

Hello. Have a sliding door without markings or ID that I have found. Latch locked up, cannot show you the latch arms (there are two). It is marked Patent Pending and has a "4" on both sides both slot for lock cylinder. The latch is 11.75" long overall on face plate. the mortise lock itself is 8" ... (cont.)

The holes tomfasten the handles are apprx. 4" apart. Door thickness is 1 5/8".

Best information I have is that the doors are SGD Zero Cornor doors and re 10' overall long and the holes are3 7/8". Hope you can help.

The measurement between the screws on the handle (attaching it to the door) is 4" (or close to that). The screws to the mortise plate are about 9", much larger than most I've seen. Replace lock

This is a keyless lock that needs to be replaced. The latch on the inside does not latch, can this be switched out for a lock with a key?

Need 4-15/16 screw space replacements

This is difficult to find as most are 3-15/16. It came of in my hand screwed sheared. This is new construction and I can't find replacement on line or in stores. Please help with replacement or even more robust handles that will fit. Please help
