82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16"

I purchased a Jeld Wen sliding glass door from Lowe's. I'm looking for an exterior lock set. The model number is JW238100014

I have an older house with a patio door that has screws set about 4 15/16 apart and what appears to be a non-keyed Mortise lock with a 45 degree lever. Photos of the disassembled set attached. The lever has bent and the door will not latch. Is the 82-080 the appropriate replacement? ... (cont.)

We want to install a strong lock on our patio door, it is Silverline brand double mortise lock, we look exterior handle off and there are no punch out areas.

Looking for a locking handle. We have a non locking 3-15/16" currently and the lock is offset with double 11" mortise lock. Do we need a 82-030B? Thanks
