82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16"

I am looking to replace or retrofit this handle with an external keyed handle. The lock is a multipoint mortise lock. The mounting screw spacing appears to be 3-15/16.

I need a white door replacement handle that is cracked - it is keyed on the outside. See attached 2 photos. Do you have a replacement for this door handle?

I have handle 82-086 from you. I'm trying to determine if I can buy something like 82-226 or 82-227 to get the current handle to work since I broke of the extensions. Or if I need to buy handle 82-030A and just not worry about the lock mortise.
