Do you offer the legacy handle set with the latch centered? I see there are two placements in the escutcheon and in the pictures the bottom one is cut out. But I need a version where the top one is cut out so that latch is centered on the escutcheon.

Looking for information on how to order a replacement for this door handle that would not require modifications for the current door.

No visible sign of any screws to disassemble and the thumb lock spins without locking.

The small piece that is actuated by the lever has sheared, leading me to believe the mechanism is worn and not operating smoothly. Looking for a new replacement. See photos.

Hello! I cannot find the handle set for this sliding door anywhere. There is a model number imprinted on this latch but I can't find anything on google with it.
