82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16"

Hello, I am attempting to replace this handle with a keyed handle. The handle has a hole distance of 3 15/16". I am wondering if I can just replace the handle and it will be compatible with my current lock mechanism or if I need to replace both the handle and lock mechanism.

What would be the right part to order? The gap between the screw holes is 3 15/16".

The spring in the lock is no longer working. What do I need to replace and how?

Hi I want to put a key lock in my sliding glass door. I have not taken the lock off yet, but there are no markings or part # to tell me what kind key mechanism I need. Do I need to replace the complete unit? This seems like a very sturdy unit so if I can keep it I'd like to.

I need a keyed lock to fit this sliding glass door. I would also like to add a screen if possible. I attached the only numbers I can find on the door.

Looking for a set of handles to go with this sliding patio door lock. The one they have now doesn't have a key cylinder. They would like a handle that has a key cylinder on the outside.

I have several sliding glass doors and the handle on two of them has broken. I don't know what brand the doors or handles are. Might you be able to identify the brand? Do you have replacement parts? Are the handles standard size so another brand would work?
