That's on the arm

The screw on one side pulled loose and doesn't remain in place when window is cranked open or closed. On the window locks are the letters P.G.T. on top of the lock and Venice, Fl on the bottom of the lock. The stamp on the arm is no longer legible.

I have about Seven of these windows with the arm cranks not working That took a part one of them here's a photo any other information you need from me

We have a large bay window. The windows have 2 locks and a handcrank to open them. The left window does not open anymore. Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot. The left casement window seems to be having a problem at the end of the crank's travel. Have sent a pic of the crank and the window as well as the sticker on the window. Thank you for your help. Bill

Hello - this is the crank on our encasement window. I cannot tell who manufactured the window. It is not Andersen or Simonton. The window got left open and the crank rusted and is bent. We need to replace the crank piece. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you, Taylor
