Only marking is "RH" on underside of mech. Cover over gearbox does not appear to be removable - one piece casting.I see the brand name "Caradco" on the knob. Distance from center of pivot to center of outer roller on arm is 13.5 inches. Thanks

I have a duplex with older crank out windows. Some need crank handles some need new arms I cant seem to find any info on Rimco brand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I have removed the crank out assembly for the right side looking out of window.Its says LH unsure why but no numbers.If need mo ... (cont.)

The hinge part that attaches to the window and slides in the bracket has broken. Can I just purchase the plastic hinges? The rest of the parts seem to be working properly. Thanks, Jim

I found a part number on the left side on the what I call a stopper so that the window can only go so far. Part number is 630793 AMS Truth. This was on the left. Also need to know how to attach it to the window side the pin side where it fastens is self exlanatory. I also need the holding clip for ... (cont.)

Part number on the back is 40056. There is a symbol below the number that looks like a house with the word TRUTH below it.On the front of tne arm the same logo (House with TRUTH below it).The arm of the operator is 9" from the notch just after the gear to the tip.

You can probably identify better than me. I need the assembly for sash underside as well as track that sits on sill. Bar/ that mounts to sash and receives operator roller.Thank You , Richard

Hello, I was wondering if you guys have any parts similar to this one - the longest arm I could find listed on your site was short than the arm that I have (roughly 14 3/4" from crank stud to end of arm)

Based on the images can you tell me the correct replacement part # to order. The long arm is beyond 10". The windows are nearly 30 years old. I believe they were Norco and are now owned by Menards.

We're looking for a complete replacement of our window crank- with the window track and second hinge. Here are the photos- of our Truth. There's a number on the bottom 40055.

What model would be a replacement for unit pictured. Available in White, Stainless Steel and Price. Is Track included? We need 42 pairs of replacement hinges. These are for Malta windows, and I measured 7" . Do you offer this size?

The Truth operator (2 pieces) is broken. The casement windows were installed back in 1988-89 and finally broke. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you have anything that may help. Feel free to call Steve if need to discuss. Thank you.
