I am unable to find this type of system on your site and I was wondering if you can help me? I am looking to get one for each side of the window. The only thing I found on the window for id was the brand, which I believe is truth.

I need a replacement window crank mechanism for a casement window that was installed over 35 years ago. The window company was named Sealrite headquartered in Lincoln, NE, but went out of business years ago. I need to replace the left side operator. Attached are photos of the right, which I'm able open, but the left side needs the replacement part. Can you tell which part I need? The operator arm is about 8 1/4 inches to the elbow / bend, then another two inches (approximately)

Hi, what size screw does the single arm operator track (product #39-507) require?

I'm looking to replace several crank mechanism, missing handles, and broken latch.

Built my house in 2002. This is a Norco brand. I have a handyman who will install if I can find a compatible operator. Maybe Product Code: 39-028E ??? Anyone who can assist, will be much appreciated.

The primary concern is the nylon roller, which does not remain in the track and frequently pops out of the groove, especially halfway through opening. We find ourselves having to push it from the bottom to keep it on track, limiting us to opening the window only halfway.

I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?
