Pivot shoe for the brown alum style windows. The center which accept the window is black.

So I ordered the Pivot Bar, 3" 26-040. However I need the shoe that it sits in. The blue piece where the bar sits in rusted out and both bars were broken off. I also have a couple windows that aren't staying up. It's that related to the twisting rod that comes down? The twisting rod isn't connected ... (cont.)

Our upper sash on a double-hung tilt vinyl window dropped spontaneously yesterday and I found the pivot shoe pieces when I removed the sash from its track. I'm hoping you can provide me with replacement shoes for my windows. I'm replacing all my spiral balances and found that many of my shoes need replacing also. The house was built in 1995. I have a Pivot shoe that appears to be the same as the 15-015 i.e. 2" tall 1 1/4" wide and ~17/32" thick (looks a hair less to me but definitely larger than half inch). HI. See attached four images. These shoes will take your S600-29 spiral balances perfectly. Was installing them today and broke a shoe. I don't see anything quite like it on your website. 2" Long, 1.25" wide, 9/16 deep. I didn't take any pictures of it in the window, sorry. Let me know ... (cont.)

Hello I have a acorn window that I am looking for replacement pivot shoes. I think your item 15-015 is the correct one. This does not show the small plastic piece that you push into the shoe near the top. Does this piece come with the shoe?

I am looking for Window parts, I have about 20 window, some will need latches, pins on the bottom of the windows, tension springs and attachment bracket, I will also need the tools to set the tension on the spring.

I have several pivot boots that have broken and need replaced. My sashes say Traco-1-77 inside of them. The pivot boot is a white/cream color.
