38-036 Rear Mount Casement Lock, 2-1/2"

We've had these casement PGT windows for around 18 years. I've enclosed a photo of the existing locks. I haven't found any markings either. They're about 3 to. 3

I need to replace several of these latches. The screw holes are 2 1/2" on center. There are no markings on the awning window or latch.

Hello, These vinyl windows were installed in 1993. The levers that lock the casements windows are all broken. Can you direct me to what part it might be?

Hi I just moved into this house so I have no idea how old these windows are. None of the locks are any good. They are all broken and don't stay up. One of the cranks is worn and doesn't open, just closes. Do you have either of these?

Alcoa windows were used when my house was built in 1977. All the weather stripping has deteriorated which causes some windows to leak when it rains. I need several latches that come from an unidentified window but on one opener part it says A.W. Anderson, Los Angles, Calif. patent no. 4364201,4571776. The opener arm says Truth with their symbol. My old locking handles had threads. I don't see any in these handles.

Hi, One day, the handle pictured decided to snap while I was trying to lift to unlock the window. Fortunately (Or unfortunately) the left part inside keeps the door secured but it also mean unless I remove this part somehow through pictured narrow access, I will never get the window to open again ... I have one of these, and I need six. I have the mounting screws for three, not counting the one installed.
