Hello Swisco, I have one right hand and one left hand casement window with damaged Bilt Best operators. The crank handles are no longer attached to the operators. From the attached photos can you help me identify the parts I will need to order? Thanks in advance for your help!

We need a Caradco window crank that is 13 1/2". Do you have these? Am I measuring it right, I went by your drawing of how to measure. We bought these windows in early 1970's. THanks

does 39-013 come in a color other than bronze? Which handle goes with it?

Looking for replacemnent parts for my biltbest windows the operator is part number 233 D.C. and all I really need is the handle and worm drive which is broken. I am also looking for the closure latch for these same windows. Thanks

I am trying to locate one casement right hand operator for an older Woodco casement window. The only markings are "1 RH". picture attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I saw on the net someone inquiring about biltbest parts. Do h u have access to the crank I've attached? It's a narrowish longish casement window that locks on the left ( as your standing) and cranks from the right side in the middle. Thanks, Mark

Yes, 39-013 and 39-014 operators are the same style but have the 13-1/2" arm.

My house was built in 1983 with Caradco casement windows. the number i found on the crank is : 15 45054 which is on the underside of the crank; i believe i have the "long handle" in the clay color, but i do not see this style number anywhere on your website. please confirm this is the correct number ...
