39-020 Wood Window Crank, 9"

I notice that for some casement operators you have both 6"and 9" arms. It is not clear to what that measurement pertains. Is it the long straight section of the arm or does it also include the bend and gear mechanism? I have an old Getty device that measures 8" to the straight section of the arm. Wo ... (cont.)

Per the attached photos, I have a Geo Henne straight arm window crank that has gotten stripped. It is 9" from the center of the gear hole to the end of the arm. We have original wooden casement windows in a 1910 house. One of the left window openers has become internally stripped and no longer functions. Hi, I do not see any brand or part number written on these. However, it seems like crank 39-021 would be a good replacement for the same window's crank. Thank you!

Hi- We own an old house and by accident today I found a "Getty' Phila. brand on the arm of the casement window. 2 photos attached. Can't find anything similar. No identifying info on the pieces. Really seem to need only the gear but will gladly buy a whole handle assembly if it has a gear the size I need. Any guidance is appreciated.Thank you. Jill

We installed operators on a total of 8 windows, and it looks like 50% have been bad.. Its a pretty basic install... the cranks 39-020 are failing within the first few days. I am repairing this wood window and need to install a new operator on the window in the pictures. The current operator track is 16-1/8" do you think your 39-520 with the 39-020 operator will work? Would love to have new hinges also.

I have 3 windows that could benefit from new window operators. House was originally built in 1949. I think that one of the sets has been replaced, but the others are likely originals. This looks like what I need. (WOOD WINDOW CRANK, 9" Product Code: 39-020) But it's too short. The two screw show 3 1/2" apart and mine are 3" plus the arm on this one is 9' and the one on my window is all on 13" or more. Do you have what I'm looking for? My name is John Thanks

Hello:We have a double casement window operated by a couple of handsome brass cranks. Unfortunately the shoe that travels down the track on the left window has lost its shoe, without which the crank doesn't work. I don't have much hope in finding a replacement shoe. Looking for a window casement replacement as seen in the attached photos... This base of this part is 4 inches at its longest... and 3 and a quarter inches at its narrowest (away from the window). It has a width of 1.5 inches.
