39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I bought a house with missing window crank openers. My neighbor has the same windows (from the same builder) and took a couple of photos showing the mechanics and the opener. I took a photo showing the location (3 holes) on the inside lower corner of the window. No information on the name of the ... (cont.)

The operator for this window needs to be replaced. It will open the window, but no longer closes it. I've removed part of the window casing to expose it for these pictures. I am reluctant to completely remove it until I have a replacement as I'm not sure what would hold the window in place. It's a ... (cont.)

Part numbers I can see 40254 30710 30470LH the link arm is about 4 1/2 The longer arm is about 9 1/2 I need the mechanism, cranks and guards need both RH, LH. Also have windows that swing vertically. I think those are all LH. The numbers were the same as the ones that swing out I think ... (cont.)

Need operator assembly for Builbest window. House was built in 1990. Can you tell me where I can find the part # and it looks like I have to take the bottom of the trim off to get at the operator is that right. Thanks, Charlie

I can open the window with the crank but can't close it. The window was installed around 1995 (previous owners). Please help me to identify the part. Entry Guard Truth is written on the longer arm.

Hi, I have to replace this mechanism which I believe is the #39-032 and just want to be sure the cover and handle I have will still work. Also, do you know why that wood is pulling away just to the right of the handle? Thanks, Terry

I have four of these Thermal gard cranks. The windows have double latches which open simultaneously (if that helps you identify the brand) All of the cranks are in need of replacement for one reason or another. My guess is 25 years old?

Hi I have a bay window that has a broken crank on the right side of the window. The pictures I attached are from the working side. I'm not sure what I need for parts to fix it. Do I need the entire crank + assembly? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Jeff
