Hello Swisco, I have one right hand and one left hand casement window with damaged Bilt Best operators. The crank handles are no longer attached to the operators. From the attached photos can you help me identify the parts I will need to order? Thanks in advance for your help!

My handles don't work well, can open but not close - as if grooves on cranks don't match cogs. Attached are pictures of the mechanisms. The only identifying mark is it says Truth on the mechanism. Hopefully you can identify and help with my situation. Thanks!

I am trying to replace a dual arm casement window operator. The window is small and having removed the old operator the long arm is about 7". Everywhere only seems to have a 9" long arm. Can you supply one ?
