I have 4 windows that casement operators need to be replaced. All have Truth/ made in America. Three opens left and one right. Slide arm is 9 inches. Best I could measure. Numbers I could find. 3084 / 20810. Bottom part 30744 Truth. arm Entry Gard.

Hi, I ordered the 39-031 as I had purchased it previously for another window and it worked fine. When I went to do the replacement on another windor the link arm is too long. The old link arm is 2 13/16" whereas this one is 4 7/16". I looked at the 39-155 which has a shorter arm but it is still 3 13 ... (cont.)

The windows have Entry Gard Truth stamped on them and the only number I could find on them was 20544. Two of the windows have the cranks mounted to the right and windows open to the right. ... I think my casement window operators are dual arm Truth entrygard in bronze color. Can you please verify before I order a lot of them? Thanks, Richard

I wish to double check that part number 39-107FK will fit correctly with my 20 year old Kolbe casement windows. The cover size is approximately 1/2 longer OA then the current old style covers. Please advise to your thoughts here before I order. Thank you, Henry

Two cranks for a semco window casement

Which of your parts is a replacement? Are these actual Truth replacement products, or a lower quality replacement? Thanks. Don

Crank not working. Long arm is 9 inches and has #30842R. Truth Hardware.

The part I need has these numbers on it, 20810, 30841L. What is your replacement part for this? I included a picture.

I found the part # 30841L on the arm, and 40471 on the base piece by the gears.. I believe it is a clay color, however I am not finding the operator cover in the clay color. I need the crank,assembly,and operator cover. One last question- the crank is stripped for sure. Do I need to replace the arm ... (cont.)

Hi there. I am trying to open this window. It is missing the spindle that attaches to the gear crank. Is this possible to replace? Thank you!

I have two windows (images 5201 and 5204) where the drive pinion has come loose. Is that something I can fix or do I need all new crank assemblies. Looking for a replacement

My question is, if the short arm is in fact 5 1/4" in length, will the 39-031 work? If so, I would just order it and take off the old one and put on the new one at the same time.
