39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Can you tell me what I need to order to replace the entire mechanism? The long bar is 11 6/8 long that goes on the inside of the window that opens.

I have an old casement window that I can't open/close. The mechanism cracked and the whole thing needs to be replaced. This is the part. Do you have this replacement part? The window itself does not need to be replaced. Can you help?

Hi, I believe this is a crank from a Marvin Casement window installed in the 1980s Number on the 2 piece arm is L30841. Number or the base plate is 40372. Long arm is 9" the straight part of the arm with 2 sections is 4" and the bent section is 3-1/4" The base is 5" by 2-1/8".

I need a crank and cover for a 1994 semco casement window. Can you help please

Truth EntryGard I have two sets of windows in need of complete operator replacement. These pictured are both marked with R(assuming right hand window if viewing from outside), as the Left operators are still installed (I will need to replace those as well). Windows hinge on outside at left, so it appears that product number 39-031 are the ones that we need, but please confirm. Long arm measurement on your website is very helpful. Our arms measure 10 3/4" to the screw. Short arm is 4 7/16". We need 2 operators and 5 cranks.

What are the replacement parts? For left and right? The arm is 9".

Have 2 casement sash windows with Truth hardware. Operator on Right side is broken and I need replacement plus 3 sash locks. The photo is of the operational side but to show what we need. Both the handle needs replaced and the gears in the dual arm operator are stripped. This is a Truth dual arm operator and I see part number 40471 on the metal hardware. So, what can I use to replace this?

We need some replacement cranks for our KK windows. I think the numbers on the crank are 30810 and 6295P. It also has Entry Gard printed on it. I think we need about 5 cranks.

I sent a previous email w/ o pics. Sorry. I ordered 2 39-035 thinking that this would also fit the Picture Window. My goof. The window is 65" tall x 18" wide.
