I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. Hi!I have a bay window with two panes that open with a crank.The handle of one of them broke. It seems that the "screw" part that the handle is rotating doesn't want to hold onto a the "gear" part that opens or closes the window.Is there a part that I could replace to fix that?I attach some pictures ... I hope you can help identify and be a source for ALL of the hardware on this K&K casement window. The crank gear is stripped and I want to replace it and all of the other hardware on the window while it is being serviced.Thank YouKen

The name on the crank says its a "Truth Entryguard 31538a" Right now the window will open but never close, its like the gear won't spin backward, it's pretty sticky whenever I open it but I have to go outside to manually close it. Short straight arm bar 20810. Curved bar 308411. Long straight arm bar lh 30470. Base piece US patent 4,241,641..Canada pat. 35432. Pat. 1982. Number on top of base piece 40471. Also need spindle inserted in base that handle attaches to.
