39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

hi. I need various parts to replace. I noticed that some of the reasons for the windows being damaged are small plastic parts have become brittle and have fallen off causing part to come out of track.

Office:EntryGuard Truth. 20544 Master:looks the same but has a B on the arm Bath: butterfly wingnut and Kitchen: same as office and master They are all left side. Are there kits available or just individual parts?

The hard is in a Bonneville mulled double casement. We'll need one left and one right hand. The mechanism has become loose over time and falling out of the guide track so it requires removing the screen to pull the window in so the outside "roller" beyond the middle of the guide track then the mech ... Here are photos of two different operators. First one is a 45251. Second one has numbers on parts, 20544, 30470 L.H. and 30636. I need to replace both of them.

Not sure of the part number, but it's the part I'm pointing to. The detach clip no longer holds it in place. Not sure I need a new detach clip or new bracket.

What is the difference between right and left crank? Why wouldn't one style work for all the windows

We need replacement window crank and mechanism for 3 right opening and 1 left opening. Not sure if the ones I selected on your website are compatible. Thank you for your help.

I need replacement hardware. The nipple the crank attaches to has sheared off. It looks like metal fatigue.ThanksGary

Hi...the number on long arm is 30472RH...bottom short arm 30842R...upper short arm 20755...where the crank sits 30830...I looked at some of your arms but they look different than mine so am asking you for some assistance in choosing the correct one. Thank You.

Gears are stripped or missing. Looking for left and right hand swing. Rod length is 9 inches

The gears have worn so that the part no longer closes the wooden window. The part number for the main crank is 40372 and its dimensions are almost 5" by about 2 1/16"; the arm or Entry Gard is 30472 and is approximately 9" long. The shorter arm is 20810 and is about 4 1/2" long. It attaches to the w ... (cont.)

I have 2 side by side Anderson casement windows so I need a right and left window crank... the gears have worn out on both windows.. I supplied pictures of the crank it is a Semco 30744 Truth.. please help!

House was built in 1995. Semco casement wood window. Need a replacement handle assembly. Entry Guard Truth on arm 30744. Lower arm reads 4558A. Can you help identify what part I need?
