My window is missing the piece that connects the handle to the cogs/gears on the opener. I have the old cover but it is badly discolored. I also have the old handle but it is damaged. I was able to slide a piece of half inch dowel into the barrel opening up the gear cogs.The hardware has the word "t ... (cont.)

Is this the correct item (#39-032) to replace an EntryGard Dual Arm Operator marked 20810 and 30744 for left side window looking outside (see photos)? The teeth on the worm screw are stripped, so the crank only opens, but will not close.

Can you help me identify a replacement part?

Hi. Included are 2 pictures of my wondow crank that needs replacement. A tooth from one of the gears broke. I point it out with my needle nose pliers. Thanks. Ted

When looking from the inside out , need 3 that window opens to the left and one window opens to right. Long extender bar measures approximately 81/2 inches. Can you help me out.

I have Milgard crank out windows installed in 1996. The corkscrew mechanism inside the piece that the handle sits on top of which turns to let you open and close the window is broken. I have a casement window that needs the dual arm operator replaced (truth entryguard 30744). The window swings out and to the left + has the crank in the center (not the type that folds down). Can you tell me the correct replacement part?

Hello- We have truth window hardware (we think from the 1980s) and the small part that goes into the crank handle appears to be damaged so is no longer catching the gear properly to crank the window open.
