39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

We need some replacement cranks for our KK windows. I think the numbers on the crank are 30810 and 6295P. It also has Entry Gard printed on it. I think we need about 5 cranks.

These are Pozzi Entry Guard windows from 1985. One window is a Casement and one is an awning. I'm thinking Part 39-032 for the casement window and part 39-070 for the awning window as the measurements match to those. Looks like the trim moulding has to come off in order to replace the parts. I sent a previous email w/ o pics. Sorry. I ordered 2 39-035 thinking that this would also fit the Picture Window. My goof. The window is 65" tall x 18" wide. Not sure if this is considered left or right opening. # on gear plate is 40471. # on short arm is 20810. Only info on long arm is name "Entry Guard Truth", no #'s. Overall length is 13". Long arm 9". Short arm 4" (from hinge to end, not total length from gear. What is cost of replacement part? Will ... (cont.)

It looks like I can replace the whole crank assembly so if u could get me a part # and price that'd be great. If you need measurements let me know.

I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?

Hello I have this biltbest window cranks that appears to be broken. They were installed in 1982. Ive sent of photo of the right open window but its the left open window crank that has broken. The outside window part is fine its the hsndle crank broke off. I need to replace this mechanism and the lower track and the track that is on the underside of the window.

My casement crank handle is broken. I put a screw through it to make it work, but that's not going to last. What are my options?

I need a replacement for a Milgard casement window lefthand operator with a stripped gear. Number on the long crank arm is S-1081-102 Number on the short crank arm is S-1081-03 Number on the back of the bracket that you screw into the sill is C-1081-101
