The name on the crank says its a "Truth Entryguard 31538a" Right now the window will open but never close, its like the gear won't spin backward, it's pretty sticky whenever I open it but I have to go outside to manually close it. The plastic wheels on the operator arms are worn out. The casement windows are from Atrium Windows manufactured in Dec 2003. "EntryGard Truth" is imprinted on the operator arms.
