I have several failing casement window operators, both left and right hand, that I need to replace. Can you tell me what part to order for this size, please? The numbers are 30830 and 30842R on the arm. Thanks

This casement operator has stamped on it 30842R and I see the identification of this part on your website but I need one that the long arm is only 5 1/2". The lower attachment pin at bottom of window rotted away and window falls out when opened. Do you have the complete assembly for this model?

The Crank on a casement window has driven the worm gear out of the casting. I have attached a picture of the crank assemble. One of my windows, the spline won't stay in so window doesn't operate, truth window all I see is 30636 on the arm thing, which part would replace this please if anyone knows?

it get almost close and will not go the last inch if we push it from the out side it will shut but it feels like something its jammed I removed the clips and locking hook and did not improve it so does it need a replacement crank ? here are the pic of the crank and clips

Sliding sleeve that has a pin that fits into window has deteriorated, rusted and broke so that no pin exists to hold the window and thus not able to advance open or close.

I have Semco windows. The operators (crank machinery) is stripped. I believe the Truth Entry Gurad Dyad (39-035 and 39-036) would work. I need both a left opening and right opening. Do the replacements come with covers and crank handles? What color options are there?

Window crank threads into gears and will open the casement window. However, when trying to close the window the handle crank backs out and unthreads from the unit. Not sure if part of the crank shaft broke off or what. Any help would be appreciated
