I have a white vinyl casement window and the operator is broken.It's a Truth Entrygard hardware.The short member coming off of the operator arm is ~4" longThe long member is ~5" longThe cover is cracked and needs to be replaced.The handle is okay.Can I get a replacement?Scott

This casement operator has stamped on it 30842R and I see the identification of this part on your website but I need one that the long arm is only 5 1/2". The Crank on a casement window has driven the worm gear out of the casting. I have attached a picture of the crank assemble. One of my windows, the spline won't stay in so window doesn't operate, truth window all I see is 30636 on the arm thing, which part would replace this please if anyone knows?
