My windows have the Swisco 36-015 but I think the hooks are failing to rotate when I close the window. I think the window hits the hooks and stops there. I don't know the installation process for these hooks. Any help you can give me about parts you have for these window hinges and how they install ... (cont.)

The crank style operator on one of our windows appears to be stripped. I can turn it but the window does not open or close - seems the internal threads are not engaging properly. 4 Awning windows share one crank that will only open, not close

I have a few of these that don't work well in my house and my windows won't close properly because of it. The main issue is that they will open fine but when I go to wind it shut, the handle will just unscrew itself from the crank. Replaced one with what I could find at Home Depot but doesn't work w ...
