Hi Swisco- I've tried the hardware store handles and now its time to call in the big boys! The 5/16" handles that I have tried won't fit (too small). I'm hoping to narrow down a brand and go from there. It almost seems likes its a 3/8" or larger post! Can you help identify? Thanks! ... (cont.)

The end of the handle actually goes into the hole, it does not wrap around a knob. The tip that inserts might be about one half inch in length or less.

I need a replacement crank for a bathroom window. On the crank system is model truth with #31703 on one side of the crank and 31704 on other side.. measures 21 1/2 in width and opens approx 15 inches.. Approx 20 years old..

i have an awning window that won't close so i have to take the screen out to close it. It opens. The gear is popping out near the handle. The number on the arm is 30895a. What parts do I need to fix it?

It's a old Marvin awning window. The crank handle is not operational. The name on the hardware is Truth. One section of the swivel arm measures 8.5 in. I need the whole setup. Thanks

I have a vinyl awning (top hinge) window that does not lock closed hard. The operator also appears to have been damaged in some way, as when you crank it all the way in the arms block full closure by having the ends interfere with the frame. Hi there. As the subject line states, the house was build in 1965 and the window is original. I found the Caradco logo on the end of the crank, so that was my starting point. Now the mechanism still works but barely, with lots of slack everywhere but need help in ID'ing the replacement. I have a ... (cont.)

The retaining bushings are coming loose and I cannot tighten them. Do you have a tool for this?

My casement window no longer opens with the original handle. I bought a new generic handle, but it still did not work. Hi, I need help finding replacement part for an awning window operator. The # on the one of the arms is S-1081-62. The window is an Eagle Low-E4 272. I have included the measurements of the arms in one of the pictures. The collapsed length is about 21.5". Thanks, Eric

Hello, I'm hoping you can help me identify this window operator. I need to replace the whole part. The arms measure roughly 16 and 1/8 inches (not certain since I cannot close the window). The crank housing (spline?) measures exactly 5 inches wide. Thank you.
