Our casement windows have this Semco crank, one has broken so that the screw piece at the end will not go back into the cover piece to open and close the window. Hello! The crank dial thingie is stripped so that you have to manually pull the window open and then the crank resumes working to full open. Hello, I'm trying to find a replacement crank/operator for my awning window. I can't find the manf. name. I remember it was a special order through Lowes or Home Depot. "Truth" is the only marking. Sash bracket is 3" long. Operator attach point is 4" long. I believe it is 12".

Hi. We have multiple window cranks that are stripped and need replacing. The cranks operate awning windows. Can you help me find the crank that is in the picture?

2135397 is the only number I can make out on the underside of the mechanism.

Please let me know if you sell replacement parts and cost. The handle box on inside of window is around 5" widen the hinge on outside is around 13" wide and pushes out to around 10 " Thank you
