Folding crank for Wabash Vistaguard or Vistarama

I am awning operator crank system with arms. The number on the crank mechanism is Truth 40245, the first section of arm #40511 and 9" long, second section #30895 and 9", and then there is a small 3.75" section that attaches to the window. We are looking for a replacement

Caradco Awning window crank
Need new crank assembly. Color dark bronze. Threads stripped on part surrounding crank shaft (to hold in place when opening window). Not sure how t remove old assembly. Crank cover doesn't seem to pop off as it does on crank windows. Thanks!

Most of the parts that are problematic are the cranks. Is there a way to replace this unit without replacing the entire unit with the arm? Truth part, number on the operator is 45301, and the number on the arm is 30895A.You can see the arms are rusted, can the be replaced or do I have to replace the entire operator?
