I have these crank handle windows where the crank mechanism is broken as the collar for the crank (pic 8) does not hold in position as the thread looks damaged. I need a replacement awning operator. Casting number is 45142, and according to my customer the measurements from the mounting base to the fully extended arms is 12 3/4". I believe he means from where the arms reach through the PVC window.

I have two broken operators on a large casement window. The left and right windows are identical, both crank from the middle and open up awning-style. The color of the crank is bronze I believe.
