I have two broken operators on a large casement window. The left and right windows are identical, both crank from the middle and open up awning-style. The color of the crank is bronze I believe. The cranks are from Truth and the number on the crank is 45206. The right arm is stamped 31110 on the ... (cont.)

On the back of the crank it says Truth 45206. I need the handle, too.

This window is from 1989, there are no visible trademarks on window or scissor crank arm. When completely extended the window opens up appts 15" wide. Please let me know if you can supply part. thanks.

the house was built in 1998. awning window, dual arm single pull measured 25 1/2 inches. i think the window is rockwell. i did not see one listed. is there one availble or will the 21 1/2 work. thanks mike west

I SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME INFO TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. THEN i SAW THIS SO YOU MAY GET DUPLICATE QUESTIONS. THE THREADS THAT HOLD THE BUSHING WHERE THE HANDLE GOES IN ARE STIPPED. STRIPPED ON THE CASING NOT THE BUSHING, MAYBE THE BUSHING IS WORN TOO.

Our new (to us) home has several 1997-vintage windows with inoperable casement cranks. Research indicates that the window manufacturer (CraftLine) went out of business several years ago, but maybe SwisCo OEM'd the parts for them? Hi. I have a white awning style window with a broken crank mechanism. The crank part is marked "Truth" with part numbers stamped into it of 30895A and 45206. Your Swisco dual arm crank 21-1/2" code 39-083 looks exactly the same and measures 21-1/2". Will it work in place of the Truth one? I also nee ... (cont.)

Handle has a part #45012. The locking screw threads are stripped. Also, how do you get the mechanism out of the window frame, as I don't see any screws from either side.
