I have these crank handle windows where the crank mechanism is broken as the collar for the crank (pic 8) does not hold in position as the thread looks damaged. I have two broken operators on a large casement window. The left and right windows are identical, both crank from the middle and open up awning-style. The color of the crank is bronze I believe. This window is from 1989, there are no visible trademarks on window or scissor crank arm. When completely extended the window opens up appts 15" wide. Please let me know if you can supply part. thanks.
