It is not moving when I turn the handle.

This is the crank for a casement window tht cranks up from the bottom the internal casting threads stripped out and it connects to the window with two slots and a cam lock retainer

These are the only parts I have the window is 28 inches wide. It is an Andersen window I guess I would need all parts to operate window maybe we can retrofit

Hi I need to replace my broken awning window operator and two locking latch keepers (lost). They are manufactured by Truth in white and brass finishes as shown in the pics. There are 4 arms in the operator about 6 inches long each.

The female threads inside system to hold the threaded cylinder are stripped. The male holding cylinder will not hold the crank in place to close the window. The complete mechanism needs to be replaced. Handle is fine.

The threaded crank fitting came loose on my casement window. is there a tool needed to tighten it?

Hi, Our awning window crank doesn't open/close the window. Do I need a whole new operator? The current operator is "Truth". The size is 21 1/2". The crank handle has a #45054 on it. I haven't taken it apart yet, I need to remove the window ledge to get at it so before I do, I want to be s ... (cont.)

i have 4 awning windows...all different sizes, and I dont know who manufactured them. all but 1 are stripped and can only be opened and closed by hand. they look like the one in your video demo. how do I measure for the right size replacements?

the crank only opens, can't return window. the brass insert nut has stripped out threads on housing, no way to repair existing housing. Found the word truth written on scissor bar and housing, the #45142 on housing and u.s. pat. 4505601. the scissor bar also has the # 30895A

THE LEVERS ARE BROKEN AND I THINK YOUR 39-069 IS THE REPLACEMENT, BUT CAN I REPLACE THE LEVER TYPE WITH A CRANK TYPE.

I am wanting to replace the awning hardware on 2 windows. Can you tell me if these part numbers are all compatible and come in brown or bronze? 39-083, 39-107FK, and 39-170. Am I missing anything? Thank you for any help or suggestions Joe

Hello: I live in a 60 year old ranch house with casement windows. I can't find any brand markings or parts numbers on the windows or mechanism. I am attaching some photos. Do you recognize them? Need new crank operators and arms for several. Thanks.
