These are the shoes on each side of a window installed in 1995. One spiral balance is unattached and there is no cutout on the channel to remove the shoes to replace them. Good afternoon, This is what it looks like. It sits on the outside of the window and the corners clips on the inside of the flange at each corner. The middle has a pen lock, that also locks behind same flange as corners. The corners are about 1in x 1in The track is also about 1in ... (cont.)

I need help identifying what counter balance I need for my non tilt bathroom window. The counter balances are missing. Is there a way to determine via measurements of the window and frame? Thanks for your help.

The arm measures about 9 inches. The house was built in 1960 and I assuming they are original windows. I am not sure of the brand of window as I didn't see any identifiers on it.

I have 4 windows with the same set of window balances that are not working. They squeak and prevent the window from closing all the way. This was stamped on the side of it, but searching for this yielded me nothing.

I believe I got this one from you 3 years ago, the gears seem to be worn out or out of alignment so want get a new one.

The threads on the crank mechanism are stripped out. The numbers in the corner of the window glass are: IGCC CBA IGMAC CIG-3 3-96
