Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for a window latch on our Simonton sliding window. The handle goes floppy. I will attach the pictures below. The holes on the main part are 1-7/8" apart. Thank you.

Looking for replacement storm door handle

Metal piece is 29" width is at 9/16" depth is at 5/8". Stamped on back is "2820" and "B.S.I." I'm not sure if one end or the other of the channel balance has a broken plastic portion as I found the piece in Pic 9 on the window sill.

The handle will not turn window closed. It appears to be stripped.

Patio sliding door handle and lock needs to be replaced

I need weatherstripping and pivot bars. Unfortunately, I can't see the length of the pivot bars, as I can't get the screws off of the bottom of the sash. Many of the pivot bars are rusted, some completely through. If you have any tips on removing the existing screws, I would be grateful. Thanks! ... (cont.)

Lock set is worn and barely functional after 20 years of use. I woul like to repair if I'm able to locate the parts. The only marking on the lock set is 50/92 which I believe is the backseat spacing. On the door trim it shows GU. Thanks for any help Tom
