Hi, can you help me find replacement components for my 1930s fenestra steel windows please. I specifically need the push rod system to open and close the windows. Thank you

I have a window with a broken tilt shoe. The unit is connected to a spiral balance. The shoe appears to be broken. I was looking at the 15-188 as a replacement. It looks closer than anything else I saw. Thw balance measures 17 inches and 5/8 diameter and has a blue tip. Recommendation. ... (cont.)

Please help confirm channel ID! It's stamped 2640, measures 27" and 9/16 wide. I'm leaning towards: 27" Series 380 Channel Balance (Product Code: S380-27) with the 19-005 top and 15-005 (1" deep) bottom fittings. Thank you!

The mounting screw nuts that are cast in the exterior handle are broken off. The spacing between the mounting holes is 5 5/8". This piece is broken. This is what locks my windows. The price goes into a whole in the frame of the window and has a pin that locks it in place from being pulled out. When you pull it out. What causes the spiral balancers to pop out of the pivot shoe? I just bought this house and a couple of windows needed this repaired. Looking for advice to ensure this doesn't continue to happen.
